Cursillo is a movement of the Church, providing a method by which Christians are empowered to grow through prayer, study and action and enabled to share God's love with everyone.

Cursillo in the Anglican Diocese of York was gifted from the Diocese of Bradford in November 2002. York Anglican Cursillo operates under the auspices of the British Anglican Cursillo Council and with the authority of the Archbishop of York.
